Competition Coaching for Short and Longboard

 I go over target points and the critical parts of the wave for the highest scoring potential.  I go over adjustments to help land maneuvers in critical sections of the wave. I also go over strategies to win a heat. I film for about 90 minutes. The video analysis goes over foot placement, body position, stance, and eye focus. I email you a copy by the next day.

Video analysis is a key element to shorten the learning curve. Example I took a beginner surfer with in one year he won a contest with 3 yrs he is number one for his division in WSA
